Enjoy the quaint sights of the Place St-Éloi square and the Mairie de Biot town hall as you stroll through the town of Biot. Make your way down the tarmac path named ‘Joseph Durbec’ until you reach the end. Here, you will find a steep descent that leads to an old canal. As you hike along this path, take in the beautiful forest and cross the canal. In places, the path is paved, so enjoy the scenery as you go. Continue following the right bank of the river and you’ll come across a horse riding school before passing under the RD 604 road. You’ll soon spot a ruin before turning left to venture away from the river’s edge for a short while with great views of the Bruguet valley. It’s best to take the shuttle bus back to Biot through Antibes or you can leave a car in Valbonne for your return journey.
