Successful re-sale, inaugural Signature Collection

We are launching properties all across Europe to meet an increasingly high demand, however this demand increases further for a collection that is live, where our homeowners are able to see all five properties immediately and start holidaying even sooner! We know this is a premium and it shows in the questions we regularly receive.

Original owners of our inaugural Signature Collection Hilde & Hendrik bought into August 10 months ago. They have had upwards of 3 months in their properties and are completely in love with the proposition having visited each of their five homes. So much so they decided to upgrade to the Premium Collection and have more space for their family and friends.

This opened up our first opportunity for a new August member to join a fully formed collection, and respective community, in an existing collection. We are of course thrilled that the five star, white glove service, incredible properties and hassle-free ownership has encouraged someone to sell for all the right reasons, but even more thrilled that the demand for this share was so high.

The development of the collection was completed at the end of this summer (2022), and all five homes are already being enjoyed by the co-owners. The feedback from the August Families and co-owners has been overwhelmingly positive. We couldn’t be more delighted that the large Provence villa, impressive Tuscan townhouse, Balearic island home, Chamonix chalet apartment and the idyllic Cotswolds cottage completely exceeded our August Families' expectations. We are sure that the new co-owners joining this Collection will love it too.

The new co-owners whose bid was accepted, had been following August since 2020 when they first joined our information webinar. They fell in love with the concept but weren’t ready to buy at the time leaving them disappointed to miss out on the Signature Collection.

As all of our collections are unique, it’s easy to understand why - they may share in location proximity but each house is as unique as your own, so missing out on a specific collection can be a blow - even if there is opportunity to buy into the next one. When a share became available, they jumped at the chance.

We currently have limited shares remaining in our Signature, Premium and Pied a Terre collections, with destinations spanning Chamonix to the Cotswolds, Tuscany to Tourette Sur Loup.
