Rosa and Paul

Owners of our first Signature Collection, Rosa and Paul invited us into their Cotswolds home when they visited their August cottage for the first time.

This family from New Hampshire, just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, have two sons, Maximus and Colby, and already three grandchildren and can't wait to share their new holiday homes with their family.

They enjoy travelling and visiting Europe and have been looking for a base in this part of the world as they dreamt of going more regularly for family holidays and trips as a couple. 

As a developer and investor in real estate, Paul is no stranger to sourcing properties closer to home and understanding how much it takes to be able to buy and renovate properties.

After trying their own home search in Italy and France for weeks, they quickly realised that it was nearly impossible for them to do the same level of due diligence in these different markets in order to be able to source the perfect home for them. They then discovered August.

Now a part of the Signature Collection, they will be able to enjoy the flexibility of five different locations, all in areas they already like and have visited frequently.

Their latest trip brings them to their home in the Cotswolds followed by a few weeks in their South of France August villa.

This family were undoubtedly attracted to the convenience and flexibility that the August co-ownership provides, with the added August Way surpassing all their expectations.

‍They both understand the pitfalls of having a second home having owned them for many years. With August they are not beholden to the constant maintenance of owning a property, worrying about gardeners or cleaners and trying to manage a home from halfway around the world.

They are already looking forward to watching the grandchildren grow up, spending time in all five homes, and creating memories such as pool days and family outings.
