In the province of Pistoia, the home is ideally placed, just moments from the storied town of Montecatini Terme - one of Europe's original spa towns – and between the fabled cities of Lucca and Florence.

Despite its proximity to northern Tuscany’s finest urban centres, the home itself is an oasis of tranquillity. Set in rolling countryside above the ancient town of Cozzile, it commands endless views from every vantage point, seamlessly connecting homeowners to the timeless beauty of the region. The Home

Embracing its rural setting, the five-bedroom home seamlessly blends elements of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse with a touch of modern luxury. Rich with original architectural features, the renovation process was meticulous, preserving the building’s original stone detailing, wooden ceiling beams, and terracotta floor tiles, to retain its authentic charm.
